We understand that unanticipated events occasionally happen in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for another client to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24-hour advance notice, you will forfeit 50% of the full service amount plus any credit card processing fees (new client discount does not apply). Since all services are prepaid at the time of booking, the remaining balance (after fees have been applied) will be refunded to only the credit card used at the time of booking. If we were unable to collect this amount at the time of booking, this must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
If appointment was cancelled or rescheduled outside the 24-hour window of scheduled time, this prepaid amount can either be applied toward a future appointment and will remain a credit on your account until it has been redeemed, or you may receive a refund, minus credit card processing fees, only on the credit card used at the time of booking the service. Please be aware that refunds may take anywhere from 7-10 days to be processed and posted to your credit card account.
Appointments made within 24 hours are automatically subject to cancellation fees.
Anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show,” and will be charged a set amount of $80.00.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate appointments that follow yours. A therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you are responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and arrive on time.
